3. Single arm external vibration movement: Stand upright, with both feet open at the same width as the shoulder, bend the side arms, straighten them, and lift them to the outside of the body with empty hands. Lower them to the inside of the front of the body, and do 30-50 times.

4. Holding a stick to swing up and out: Lie prone on a cushion, with both hands wider than the shoulder distance, hold a stick, rope, or towel, lift the chest and straighten the abdomen, bend the other arm of the thoracic spine curve, straighten the arm on the same side, and exert great force towards the lateral convex surface to perform a swinging body side motion, while simultaneously lifting the upper body and arms as much as possible upward

5. The rib is a vertical grip: facing the assist beam, hold the overhanging body with a straight arm, then slowly swing the waist and legs to the left or right, while moving the hands that grip the rib with the right hand.
